Review day
Again? Yes. Yet another whole week has gone by...
It is highly unlikely you are incorporating all of these ideas … however, are you at least managing a few? We are all very busy right now, but then, all of us will likely always be very busy. Some of the items discussed this week will help reduce wasted time.
Congratulations … it was a challenge this week to post new ideas that most of you were not already using. See, you are ahead of the game on those! Now – time to work on the rest of them. Remember, baby steps to success … fit in what you can, when you can.
This week we worked on:
-
Thinking how we could be better organized. Did you come up with any ideas? Have you implemented them?
-
Keys always in the same location
-
Collecting spare change at the end of each day
-
Refrain from picking up the phone when possible
-
The wonderful and evil email inbox
-
Coping with old emails
Last week review:
-
Add another ¼ to ½ cup of water to daily intake
-
Walking a little more than normal each day
-
Walking backward
-
Walking sideways
-
Calf stretch
-
The evil plank
-
Do your remember the meaning of proprioception
-
Line drying clothes
Review last week's review on Sunday to refresh your memory past this.
To your ongoing success…

Sue, following your advice is like taking another course! Look, now we're having a review. Is this for the test?!!! LOL just kidding, it's all so great, wish I did have time to put it all into effect. Keep the ideas coming, Love them all.
BTW, sorry about my sad story. I just write the first thing that comes to mind so I can leave a comment and get on to the next because this takes so long. Didn't mean to dump saddness on your blog. Your ideas really are all super!
Thanks
Tim
happy mothers day!

No worries Lisa -- you didn't dump on me (or anyone else) ... you chose to 'share'. I am honoured that you are that comfortable with us that you would do so.
Yes, life seems to be a race Tim, but is that an illusion? Who are we racing and why?
THANK YOU Kevin -- my first Mother's Day wish today!
Steve, you're always willing to challenge yourself, aren't you? I would not consider eliminating anything from my food intake a baby step. Keep up the great work! And, here I was, proud of myself for drinking 1 less pepsi a day and not eating any chocolate bars since Peter's post on caffeine.
Send a Mother's Day message to all the women you can think of ...

Sue-
Thank you for the review, and for all the wonderful posts behind it.
I hope that you have a happy Mother's Day!

Thank you for the review Sue. I must admit I'm doing better with the personal organization steps than with all the physical stuff. (blush)

Thanks for giving us the ideas to work on, the little baby steps will take us a long way!
Aaron
You're most welcome Jenn. Yes, I'm having a very nice Mother's Day -- both of my children remembered (on their own) to call and say Happy Mother's Day. That, in itself, is quite an achievement.
I'm better at organizational and physical stuff but poor on the healthy eating Yann. We all have our challenges -- that's why we incorporate baby steps so it's not so difficult.
You're welcome, Aaron and thanks for the happy MD wish!
Sue
Thanks so much for the reviews!
John
Thank you for taking time out on your special Mother's Day to help us with a review.

You are great reviewing with us each week I like that step.
Steve mentioned a detox, do you have any input on what to do to detox your body?

I will try to get to some ideas for detox this week Matt. Yes, there are many ways to help. One of the major ones you already know -- increase your water intake gradually. To calculate the amount of body you require, check this formula.
